Refund policy

Returns & Your Right to Cancel Your Order (Right of Withdrawal)

Subject to the terms set out below, you have the right to cancel your Order and return the goods up to seven (7) business days starting from the day the goods are received by you, subjected to evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items, and provided that

  • You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • You received undrinkable beverages* (*subjected to evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items).
  • You received the wrong item in your package.
  • You received breakage of beverages upon arrival.
  • You received missing items in your package.
  • Your product does not match the website specifications or description.
  • If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

Other than as set out above, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the goods were not what you expected.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ujamu.net and send your item to: Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd., LL-08 Erawan Bangkok, 494 Ploen Chit Rd, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd., LL-08 Erawan Bangkok, 494 Ploen Chit Rd, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 1000THB, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This is the Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. Personal Data Protection Policy (“Personal Data Protection Policy”) and the purpose of this document is to inform you of Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. manages, collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data, which is subject to the Thailand Data Protection Act (2019) (“the Act”). This Privacy Policy outlines Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. policy and responsibility in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of Customer Data.

By continuing to use Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. services, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time in respect of Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd.  collection, use and disclosure of your Customer Data. This Privacy Policy is divided into two Parts – A and B:

Part A: General Customer Data Privacy Policy Statement.

Part B: Privacy Policy Statement for Customer Data collected through Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. Websites.

 

Part A: General Customer Data Privacy Policy Statement

 

  1. Types of Customer Data

The types of Customer Data that Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. collects depend on the circumstances of collection and on the nature of the service requested or transaction undertaken. There are two broad categories of Customer Data that Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. collects:

Personal Data, which includes but is not limited to –

(i) personal information that links back to an individual e.g., name, gender, date of birth;

The provision of Customer Data (save for where the request for data is marked “optional” in the forms used to collect personal data) is obligatory in order for Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. to carry out its services to you. The failure to supply such Customer Data may result in (i) Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. being unable to provide you with the services and/or products requested; (ii) Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. being unable to update you on our latest products and/or launches; and/or (iii) your inability to enter or participate in contests, promotions or redemption activities organised by Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd.

  1. Purposes for Collection, Use and Disclosure

Generally, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. collects Customer Data, either directly from you or from third parties (e.g. our service provider), or from publicly available sources, through our website, mobile services, and other channels including our retail stockists, in order to fulfil the following purposes, which include but are not limited to:

  • Providing services to you such as processing a transaction (e.g., making an order online), providing technical or customer service assistance, assisting you in the transaction through Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. websites;
  • Marketing and communicating with you in relation to products and services offered by Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd., Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. service partners, as well as Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. appointed agents;
  • Contacting you for product or customer satisfaction surveys and market research;
  • Safety, security and legal compliance.

 

Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. may also use and disclose your Customer Data with and to third parties in order to fulfil the purposes listed above. Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. shall use its best endeavors to ensure that its employees, officers, agents, consultants, contractors and such other third parties mentioned above who are involved in the collection, use and disclosure of Customer Data will observe and adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. may disclose your Customer Data to law enforcement agencies and government for security, customs and immigration purposes.

In addition, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. may disclose Customer Data to our legal advisors for establishing, exercising or defending our legal rights, to our other professional advisors, or as otherwise authorized or required by law. Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. also reserves the right to share Customer Data as is necessary to prevent a threat to the life, health or security of an individual or corporate entity such as Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. Further, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. may disclose Customer Data, as is necessary, to investigate suspected unlawful activities including but not limited to fraud, intellectual property infringement or privacy.

  1. Transfer of Information Overseas

The Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. Office is based in Phuket, Thailand. Customer Data may be transmitted to data storage where Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. keeps its central records. Customer Data may be transferred to Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. offices and appointed agents in Thailand or other countries in connection with Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. performance of the contract with you.

  1. Consent 

Generally, in the course of Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. performing transactional functions such as making an order or booking online, signing up for our offers, Customer Data will, by nature of the task or transaction, be provided by our customers Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. In such instances, consent will necessarily be implied from the Customer that they are agreeable to providing Customer Data in order for Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. to provide the requested or necessary service and/or product to them. However, where required by law, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. will adopt an ‘opt-in’ policy for obtaining customer consent, in which event, express written consent will be sought from you when collecting your Customer Data e.g., signing a form or checking a box. You may submit a request to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. (see Section 10). Statistical Data is not linked to a customer record and Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. does not need to seek consent for the collection, use or disclosure of Statistical Data. For more information on the collection and usage of Customer Data obtained from Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. websites facility, please refer to Part B.

  1. Access

Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. will, upon your written request to our Data Protection Department (see Section 10), allow you to view your stored Personal Data. Where permitted by law, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for this service. In exceptional circumstances, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. reserves the right to deny you access to your Personal Data and may provide an explanation as required by applicable laws. Exceptional circumstances include where:

  • An investigating authority or government institution objects to Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. complying with a customer’s request,
  • The information may, in the exercise of Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. reasonable discretion and/or assessment, affect the life or security of an individual, and
  • Data is collected in connection with an investigation of a breach of contract, suspicion of fraudulent activities or contravention of law.

  1. Retention

Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. will retain Customer Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, the legal or business purposes of Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. or as required by relevant laws. When destroying Customer Data, we will take commercially reasonable and technically possible measures to make the personal information irrecoverable or irreproducible in accordance with the applicable laws.

  1. Accuracy

Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. needs your assistance to ensure that your Personal Data is current, complete and accurate. As such, please inform Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. of changes to your Personal Data by contacting Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. and submitting your updated particulars to Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. in writing (see Section 10).

Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. may also request Personal Data updates from you from time to time. Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. takes the security and protection of your Customer Data very seriously. As such, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. makes reasonable security arrangements to protect your Customer Data against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and undue disclosure. Examples of technical safeguards include encryption, Network and Web Application Firewalls ,“firewalls” and Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Further details of these technical safeguards for Customer Data collected through Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. websites facility are set out at Part B below. If, however, a customer does not take reasonable care to ensure the continued confidentiality and accuracy of their Customer Data, Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any consequential misuse and/or fraud.   1. Updates to the Privacy Policy

Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. will amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and the updated versions will be posted on Wellbeing Asia Co., Ltd. website and date stamped so that you are aware of when the Privacy Policy was last updated. Subject to applicable laws, the English version of this Privacy Policy will prevail over any version of this Privacy Policy in another language. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation between the English version and any translation of the Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy statement in English will prevail.

Wellbeing Asia reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation from the parent or guardian of a minor who causes an Order to be placed, for any loss or damage of any kind Wellbeing Asia may suffer as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor.

  3. Once an Order has been accepted by Wellbeing Asia, no cancellation of that Order is valid unless you receive our written communication permitting the cancelled Order.

Please note this email does not constitute acceptance of your Order by us but merely confirms our receipt of your Order.
  • If your Order is not accepted by Wellbeing Asia, Wellbeing Asia will notify you by telephone or email and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
  • Wellbeing Asia may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any offer made by you for any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, goods or services on the website, or an error of any kind in or relating to your Order.
  • Any representations made at any time about stock availability are accurate to the last known stock level and are subject to change. If Wellbeing Asia cannot supply particular goods, Wellbeing Asia will notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible.
  • Subject to clause 6, Wellbeing Asia will be deemed to have accepted your Order on the first to occur of issue to you of a tax invoice for the sale and the fulfilment of your Order.

  2. Prices shown are in Thai baht and include VAT where applicable. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Prices are valid until amended or removed from the website and are subject to change at any time.
  3. Images of goods shown without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, accessories shown in any image of goods are not included in the price.
  5. We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time.

 

  1. Payment
  2. All payments must be made in full prior to delivery, including any applicable delivery or handling charges.
  3. Payments must be made via the Omise secure payment gateway facilities accessible via the website and will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of these providers.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you where a credit card or payment account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
  5. If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. You will be liable for all debt collection costs where you fail to make payment for any order when payment is due.

 

  1. Supply and Delivery
  2. Subject to you complying with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by Wellbeing Asia, Wellbeing Asia will sell and supply the goods or services to you as shown on your Order confirmation.
  3. If the goods that you have ordered are in stock Wellbeing Asia will endeavor to dispatch orders within the same day to three (3) business days (Monday to Friday).
  4. Goods may not be available for immediate delivery. Wellbeing Asia will deliver your Order to you within the same day to six (6) business days from the date you placed your Order. Subjected to availability from the supplier.
  5. When you complete your Order you will be prompted to select to have the Order delivered to an address specified by you.
  6. If Wellbeing Asia gives you notice that it will be unable to deliver your Order within one (1) to five (5) business days of receipt of your Order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your Order without charge, and Wellbeing Asia will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
  7. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the goods within the specified time resulting from shipment/delivery delays from our suppliers.
  8. If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for storage, transport and re-delivery costs.
  9. Should you arrange your own delivery or collection then the goods become your responsibility upon collection from Wellbeing Asia.
  10. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.

 

  1. Delivery by Post or Courier
  2. The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address.
  3. The delivery address must be an address within Thailand and cannot be a freight forwarding location.
  4. On acceptance of your Order by Wellbeing Asia, your Order will be dispatched to your specified delivery address generally within one (1) to five (5) business days, subjected to the other provisions of these Terms.
  5. If you Order large or high volumes, Wellbeing Asia will contact you by telephone or email to arrange with you a suitable time for delivery.
  6. You will be required to be available in person to accept delivery of your Order.
  7. If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address you must contact us at info@wellbeingasia.com within at least 24 hours prior to the dispatch of your Order.
  8. Wellbeing Asia will use its reasonable endeavors to deliver your Order within any stated timeframes for dispatch, however Wellbeing Asia does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
  9. You must advise at the time you place your Order via the website or later when you discuss delivery with Wellbeing Asia, of any difficulties that may be involved in the delivery (such as stairs or narrow entries). If you do not state the situation correctly and on arrival the delivery contractor deems it to be a difficult location you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees and the cost of an extra person to assist.
  10. Wellbeing Asia cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
  11. You are required to inspect your goods when you take delivery of them. You will be required to note any damage on the delivery documentation which is presented to you by the carrier for signature. In all other cases you will be required to notify us in writing of any damage on delivery or shortages within seven (7) days of delivery. We will not be liable for any damage on delivery to any of the goods unless we are notified within the time period specified above.

 

  1. Title and risk in goods

Title and risk in goods pass to you on delivery or collection and after full payment has been received by Wellbeing Asia.

 

  1. Payment and credit card fraud

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellbeing Asia and its related entities will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses of any kind (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a user where a credit/debit card, PayPal account or other payment method is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized or improper manner.

  • You acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the website and/or any linked website.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of the websites secure servers.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
  2. If any goods ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality, you may have:

  1. Your Right to Cancel Your Order (Right of Withdrawal)

  • You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • You received undrinkable beverages* (*subjected to evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items).
  • You received the wrong item in your package.
  • You received breakage of beverages upon arrival.
  • You received missing items in your package.
  • Your product does not match the website specifications or description.
  • If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

 

  1. Other than as set out in clause 16(a), Wellbeing Asia will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the goods were not what you expected.

  1. Force Majeure

Wellbeing Asia will not be liable for any delay in performing any of their obligations if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of or interruption in the provision of essential services such as electricity supply, bank payment systems or postal deliveries.

 

  1. Governing Law

The courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our website or any Order placed on the website, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms are governed by Thailand law.

 

  1. Sever ability

If any part of these terms are found to be void, invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then that provision or part will be deemed to be severed from these terms and the remaining terms and provisions of these terms will remain in force and constitute the agreement between you and Wellbeing Asia.

 

  1. Transfer and Assignment

If Wellbeing Asia merges, sells or otherwise changes control of its business or this website to a third-party, Wellbeing Asia reserves the right, without giving notice or seeking consent, to transfer or assign the personal information, content and rights that Wellbeing Asia has collected from you and any agreements it has made with you.

Shipping Policy

How long will it take until I receive my order?

For selected areas in Bangkok, we will deliver within the next business day of your order if your order is received in between 10am and 2pm (Monday to Friday).

If your delivery address is outside of Bangkok, you will receive your order generally in 1-2 business days. We do not yet guarantee overnight shipping, although many areas of Thailand will generally receive their orders the next day.

For non-Bangkok areas, you will receive your order in 2-3 business days. For remote areas in Thailand delivery may take 3-4 days longer due to difficult routes. We’ll try our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

When your order is being delivered, you should receive a confirmation from our delivery team. If any problem, you can contact our customer service who will help you track your order.

Please check with your neighbors or building manager if you have not received your product even though the tracking says that it has been delivered. If the tracking information doesn’t show up or shows that the item has been returned to us, please contact us by email or phone. It is possible that we may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted to deliver, or the shipping carrier may have misplaced the product.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is being delivered?

In the process of delivering the product to you, the driver will contact you on the number provided to ensure that you are at the address that you have given to us. If you are not home at the time, do inform someone else in your household to be aware of our delivery so they can sign for the product on your behalf. If we are still unable to deliver the product to you despite our best efforts, your order will be returned to our warehouse waiting for you to contact us to confirm a new delivery date (new shipping fee may occur).

Can I have my order shipped to my office?

We are happy to delivery to your office. If you would like us to do that, please fill in your office address at checkout.

How much is the shipping fee?

Delivery is free within Thailand for any personal/private orders. Wholesale, commercial or large volume personal or group orders will be subject to shipping and handling fees. However, the shipping fee is subject to change at anytime.

At this time we do not ship internationally for personal/private or non-commercial orders.

 

Why is my shipment delayed?

We try our best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible, however, there are some situations beyond our control that can delay your shipment. The following orders may result in delayed shipping:

  • Incorrect shipping address (e.g. wrong post code)
  • Incorrect Mobile Phone number
  • Unable to reach you at provided contact number
  • Being absent after courier made an appointment
  • Payment delay or issue
  • Courier failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
